(Access to Higher Education and Academic Development)

Refugee Education UK is working with the English and Comparative Literary Studies Department at the University of Warwick to develop a research-led access to Higher Education pilot programme for sanctuary seekers living in the Coventry area. 
 

The pilot programme builds on the recommendations of a previous research study which explored the journey to university for young refugees in Coventry. You can read the findings from the previous study here. Our hope is that we can demonstrate how to make the University of Warwick – and other universities – feel more accessible and inclusive for people who have experienced forced migration.
